H. Dean Evans, the former superintendent of Washington Township Schools and at the time with the Lilly Endowment, is featured in these segments, which were pulled from an old cassette tape. As I recall, news director Fred Heckman assigned me to create this series as he was very interested in Dr. Evans and his take on Hoosier schools.
