
Pulled from an old cassette tape, here's what Hinsdale Central's high school radio station sounded like in March of 1975. Ken Owen, who went on to a career in radio and TV, was a very green freshman at the time.
WHSD is a non-commercial, educational station that broadcast in mono at 10 watts in 1975. Its signal was shared by Hinsdale Central and Hinsdale South high schools in Illinois. (Ken Owen)
