WTHI. Terre Haute's mall, Honey Creek Square, has a ceremony to mark the addition of J.C. Penney's, which moved from Meadows Center. This is the fourth department store to open in the mall, with 30 other specialty shops.

Chalos is hopeful Terre Haute will be able to annex the area that includes the mall. He says it's in court now. Apgar says if the mall receives all city services, he could see annexation happening.
