Program by Terre Haute Police Department and Indiana State University's football team. They've come up with football cards featuring ISU players and law enforcement/safety sayings on the cards. Kids can flag down police officers to get the cards and then get into Sycamore games free.
Interview with Terre Haute Police officer Brian Burger (?) who says too often parents tell their kids they'll call the police if they are bad so it gives officers a bad name.
Interview with WTHI sportscaster Marty Joseph.
Kickoff event at Honey Creek Square Mall. Much of video is very dark.
Includes a few shots of ISU's Chief Quabachi and Indian Princess mascots that were discontinued seven years later.
