WTHI, David Goodnow, anchor. Terre Haute Salvation Army has a new emergency truck to help in times of disaster. It is also working with amateur radio people to get out the word if there's an emergency. They were able to get to the recent Anaconda plant explosion in 13 minutes. Salvation Army is also getting a new leader, Tom Sillanpa is taking over for Joseph Baunoch,
