Howard Caldwell asks a question to Ronald Reagan in 1988

Synopsis: This short video shows a C-SPAN channel report on a White House press briefing (with clip) in which Ronald Reagan is addressing media members. Howard Caldwell asks Reagan a question about his satisfaction of news outlets’ coverage of recent events, and Reagan responds and makes clear his view on the situation. 

0:15 – video starts, in color of woman named Susan Swain at newsdesk (C-SPAN channel?), previews clip that’s going to be shown of Ronald Reagan from 1988
