Reuven Frank was one of the most important people in the early decades of American television news. He started with NBC's television newscast in 1950 and helped lead that effort for the next few decades. He created and produced the Huntley-Brinkley Report in 1956 and handled several senior managment roles at NBC the rest of his career.

Mike Conway interviewed Frank as part of Conway's "The Visualizers" research project on the early years of American television news. Jim Wrocklage was the videographer on the interview, which was conducted at Frank's home in Tenafly, NJ.
