Alden Taylor and Anita Wells Taylor both had significant careers in Indiana broadcasting. They both worked in radio and television, mostly in Terre Haute and the Indianapolis area. They married in 1981. Alden later worked for the State of Indiana for 16 years, followed by stints at WTHR, WRTV and WFYI television stations in Indianapolis.
Their collection includes mostly reel-to-reel audio tapes, chronicling their time in Terre Haute in the 1970s and 1980s. In Terre Haute, they worked at WTHI-TV, as well as radio stations WTHI, WBOW, and WAAC.
