(33:42)
30 What was it like in the 60’s doing a show like that day in and day out? Live audience, they had ability to bring in good guests, talk variety show, had good music, good names, had a good piece that should of ended up in syndication, no production staff, compared to today how Oprah Winfrey would have it all planned out
26 Has TV lost spontaneity because today it's all pretake- essence of TV is live, and if its live today it's a confrontation, they didn’t do that, a negative thing was that you can only spend 3 mins talking to the audience and they couldn’t do that
45 What’s Jim Gerard’s life now- Hook’s (drug company), works in public relations department, commercials, social events, press release, mentions he misses the Jim Gerard Show
40 ribbon cutting, 200 1 dollar bills
50 Jim Gerard working in his office with a lady
35 a man is interviewed (Hal Fryer?) by Howard Caldwell
